概要	The patient is a 79-year-old woman. Her medical history included hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and so on. Because of a positive COVID-19 test on the day of hospitalization, the surgery was postponed and she was treated at home. COVID-19 test on rehospitalization was negative and partial tongue resection was performed. On the fourth postoperative day, she developed a sore throat and a fever. Based on positive COVID-19 test and antigen qualitative tests, and antigen quantitative test of 1330 pg/mL, a diagnosis of COVID-19 reinfection was made. She had a mild disease but received remdesivir due to the risk of disease severity. She was discharged from the hospital without serious illness, but also had COVID-19 infection, and the time from diagnosis to treatment was 53 days, which was above pre-COVID-19.
