概要	In this paper, based on aspects of the Constitutional Court introduced into the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand of 1997 and 2007,　 I intend to investigate the characteristics of the Asian constitutionalism from the viewpoint of the concept of "good governance" insisted on recently in the field of Asian law. This paper is based on my report , “The development of theories of Justice in Japan and Thailand”,delivered at a symposium held at the Thammasat University Law Faculty on September 3, 2018.
