概要	Chronic stress is a risk factor for osteoporosis due to the effects of corticosterone. Chewing attenuates stress-induced increases in plasma corticosterone. Here we examined the effect of chewing on chronic stress-induced bone microstructural deterioration in mice. The present findings indicate that chewing can ameliorate chronic stress-induced bone loss in senescence-accelerated mouse strain P8 mice.
