| 特許概要 | A method for producing a separation membrane in which: a zeolite film is formed on an inorganic oxide porous substrate; and the main component of a zeolite formation part of the substrate is amorphous SiO2. This method for producing a separation membrane comprises: a first step wherein a seed crystal of zeolite and an alkali component containing a structure-directing agent are formed on the surface of the substrate; and a second step wherein a formed body obtained in the first step is processed in a heated water vapor atmosphere. Consequently, a zeolite film is formed on the substrate surface in this method for producing a separation membrane. |
