概要	骨内麻酔法または骨膜上麻酔法により投与された14C標識2%リドカインがどのように口腔組織内を浸潤していくのかを,家兎を用いたmacroautoradiographyの手法により視覚的に観察、検討した。その結果,骨膜上麻酔法に比べ,骨内麻酔法の浸潤面積は有意に小さく,根尖周囲に限局していた.
