概要	To clarify the role of the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) in the orofacial sensory systems, we investigated gene expression of RAS components and angiotensin Ⅱ receptors in the trigeminal and geniculate ganglion of rats. Our data suggested that angiotensin Ⅱ produced in the local RAS may regulate orofacial sensory circuit via the receptors expressed in the trigeminal and geniculate ganglia.
