概要	In order to elucidate the role of sclerostin in bone remodeling induced by mechanical stress, histological and immunochemical methods were used to assess rat alveolar bone receiving tooth displacement loading forces. Tooth displacement therefore seemed to result in an immediate suppression of sclerostin production
