概要	Recent studies have revealed that adolescent girls and young women are more likely to have riboflavin, vitamin B2, deficiency or low riboflavin status in developed countries than previously recognized. Our results suggest that sodium taste sensitivity and/or preference is altered during riboflavin deprivation.
