| 概要 | Nurses working in secondary medical care zone hospittals need to understanding the life of elderly people,based on knowledge about geriatric nursing and characteristics of the local area.However,many nurses often experience dilemmas under this situation.Nurses in local hospitals dealing with the dilemma if caring for dementia patients,as well as expert nurses had difficulties related to discharge adjustment. |
