概要	We conducted a qualitative study to clarify the challenges faced by parents raising children with childhood cancer in transitioning to adult care, and found that the main reason why children with cancer in Japan have difficulty transitioning to adult care is that parents have a strong trust in pediatricians and do not want to change this environment.
