概要	[Aim]To clarify the usefulness of probiotics for the eradication therapy of HP.[Method]Patients who received the primary eradication therapy for HP were divided into three groups; 1)patients who received PP1/AMPC/CAM therapy (PPI group)and 2)patients who received VPZ/AMPC/CAM therapy(VPZ group),3)patients who received PP1/AMPC/CAM+probiotics(Miya― BM)therapy(PPI+MBM group),and the eradication rate and side effects were evaluated.[ConclusiOn]Miya BM may has an additive effect in a primary eradicateon therapy of HP.py of HP.
