概要	The case is a 14-year-old woman.Tumor resection was performed with tissue expander insertion.The resected specimen was a smooth 13 ×　9　×　4.5cm tumor weighing 267g.Pathological findings revealed no evidence of malignancy.Because the defect area after mass removal is large and there is concern about breast deformation and functional damage due to post-surgical adhesions.One-tear after,the shape of the breast and the position of the nipple have been obtained and the application of the plastic surgery technique in consideration of the manageability and function preservation is also useful in the treatment of benign breast tumors.
