概要 We investigated the pattern of generalization and extinction of CTA learning to 3 kinds of binary mixed taste solutions with different taste quality by using lick-count methods in Wistar/ST rats (n=39). As CS, mixture of 0.5M glucose (G) + 0.5M fructose (F) for sweet, that of 10mM hydrogen chloride (H) + 10mM ascorbic acid (A) for sour, that of 0.3mM quinine hydrochloride (Q) + 0.3mM denatonium benzoate (D) for bitter were used. Results suggest that preferable solution, such as sweet, is easy to be extincted and discriminated, but the rats do not show this behavior for aversive solutions, such as sour and bitter
