概要	A 40-year-old woman visited at the nearby clinic because of anorexia and vomiting. Further evaluation was conducted for the abdominal mass. Therefore, shw was introduced to our department. Contrast-enhanced MRI showed a mass with low intensity and partial high intensity on T2WI.I. addition,abdominal contrast-enchanced CT showed 72×42 mm-sized lobule mass with internal inhomogeneity and mild delayed enhancement on retroperitoneal side of the left abdominal lesion.PET-CT also showed slight FDG zccumulation (SUV max : 3.01) in same lesion.Upper and lower endoscopy revealed no malignant findings. On the basis of these findings, a retroperitoneal Tumor resection was performed with laparoscopic surgery.The pathological finding was a diagnosis of ganglioneuroma and no obvious malignancy.Ganglioneuroma is a relatively rare disease originating from the sympathetic ganglia.We present a case of ganglioneuroma of the retroperitoneum, a rare entity, resected by laparoscopic surgery.
