概要	This study examined behavioral responses to sodium ascorbate (AsANa) in ODS rats that cannot synthesize ascorbic acid (AsA). Two-bottle choice and lick tests were conducted under AsA-sufficient and AsA-deficient conditions and compared with NaCl. Lick ratios showed no significant difference between AsANa and NaCl. At 100 mM, NaCl preference exceeded 80%, while AsANa remained below 20%. At 10 mM, AsANa preference increased during AsA deficiency and eventually exceeded NaCl. Overall, lick ratios increased under AsA deficiency. These results suggest that ODS rats perceive AsANa as salt-like, but long-term preference varies with concentration and AsA status.
