概要	Vitamins cannot be synthesized in sufficient quantities by an organism,and must be supphed by the daily ingestion otherwise deiciency may occur.However,the effect of VC deficiency on peripheral taste organ is unclear.In this study,CTN recording was carried out to evaluate the amiloride― sensitiv and― insensitive NaCl responses and some other organic acid responses in the VC deficient and non― deficient rats. These data suggest that amiloride― sensitive component may be changed in VC dencient rats.The VC deiciency may have a decreasing effect on the amiloride― sensitive NaCl and organic acid responses in rats.
