概要	The purpose of this study was to analyse the morphology of the palatal and alveolar ridge over time in infants using a 3D surface scanner longitudinally.The arch width and length were increased and the arch angle was decreased. The palatal and alveolar ridge morphology in occlusal view was grown in whole, and the growth to sagittal direction was remarkable. Because the palatal depth was pretty much unchanged and the palatal area was increased, the alveolar ridge was grown to buccal side with the palatal depth keep constant.
