概要	This study aimed to determine if gustatory signaling is altered in patients with extreme obesity.The intensity of the amplified PLCb2 product from BMI 50-59 patients was lower than those with BMI40-59.The intensity of GNAT3 bands was similar across the three BMI groups.Our preliminary datasuggest that gustatory signaling elements may be altered in patients with extreme obesity,and dysregulation of gustatory signaling may contribute to obesity.
