概要	[Introduction] The dentition and occlusion can be recently digitized using oral scanner with high accuracy. [Objectives] The purpose of the present study was to investigate the measurement accuracy of a digital bite registration using an intraoral scanner in patients with unilateral molar scissors bite. [Results] In the Control group, no significant differences in the L1, L3, or L6 data was observed between the scanner and CBCT data. In the Test group, however, the scanner data were greater than the CBCT data. [Conclusions] These findings suggest that digital registration using an intraoral scanner is less accurate than the registration using CBCT in patients with unilateral molar scissors bite.
