概要	We have developed porous blocks of sintered carbonate apatite (CA) with a concentration of carbonate of 6 weight %， and identified the bone formation in the backs of rats using the porous carbonate apatite block combined with bone mallow cells.The sintered porous carbonate apatite was useful materials as a scaffold for osteoblastic cell proriferation， differentiation and growth. The hybrids thus made by combining bone marrow cells would be very useful as osteoinductive bone substitutes.
