概要	Radiotherapy for liver cancer is not common.However,portal vein thrombosis was needed radiotehrapy.We used three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for cava tumor thrombosis in patients with inperable Hepatoceller carcinoma.Comprete response and partial response were total 40% in all patients.
