概要 | A golf swing is a different movement from hitting a baseball or the hitting stroke of racket sports. The golfer hits a stable golf ball with his/her/own timing, rhythm and own space co-ordination in relation to the ball. Golfers must develop the skills and techniques of their golf swing to reduce the number of strokes as well as the ability to reproduce the same address before beginning their swing each time, one of the most important factors. Most golf swing studies, however, have focused on the swing itself, so study of the address has been very limited. On the other hand, golfers spend about 4 hours walking over about an 8-km course, so fatigue is an issue. The aim of this study was to investigate the change of address, especially the relation between the golf ball and the toes of both feet, before and after the 18 holes play from the viewpoint of fatigue effects. |
