概要	The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of the left and right differences in movement and COP of the upper limbs during bench press by analyzing dynamic muscle strength around the shoulder. 　　In the bench press movement, it was confirmed that there is a difference in the left and right movements. It was thought that this was attributed to the difference in muscle strength of the shoulders throughout the movement, causing the displacement of the COP to the left. Moreover, as players have a history of injuries around the shoulders; it seems that the background of the left and right differences may be related to shoulder injuries.
